InQvis Consulting is a business practice within InQvis Inc. We have been in business for over a decade, with over 100 projects under our belt.
Our consulting team is made up of experienced professionals that offer a blend of business, technology and people skills.

In general terms, we provide planning and analysis for business and technology initiatives.
There are four specific services we offer : Workshop Facilitation, Strategic Planning, Business Analysis, and Independent Reviews.
Our customers often hire us to work on initiatives as trusted advisors, or sometimes as a temporary extension of in-house teams.
We take on different roles, depending on what's needed for a project - Strategist, Facilitator, Advisor, Analyst, Business Architect, Technology Architect and others.

Optimized Allocation Model
We assemble a great team for the specific requirements of a project - with the right skills and experience - at just the right allocation to get the job done. Because our consultants are multi-disciplined, we are often able to get the same job done with a smaller team.
Flexible Resource Model
It's impossible to retain the best people with every skill in-house. So, we rely on a trusted network of experts to augment our team - a pool of ex-colleagues and ex-clients that we draw upon for specialized skills and expertise as and when needed. This keeps us lean, gives us flexibility to scale up or down, and deliver projects across different geographies.
Reasonable & Predictable Fees
We keep our fees reasonable for the experience and skills we offer - at least 30% lower than large consulting firms, because we don't have big overheads.
Our fee structure is simple - a choice of a fixed fee, or a flat blended T&M rate per hour. We make commitments on budget and time upfront, and stand by them.
Top Quality
On average, our consultants have 15-20 years of professional experience, and a reputation to protect. We rely on repeat customers and referrals for a lot of the work we do. This drives us to put significant attention to the quality of our work, value of our outputs, and on customer satisfaction.
That makes us a compelling alternative - higher quality, reasonable fees, tangible results.

Our customers are large or mid-sized business organizations. Although our services are applicable to many industries, over the past several years, the majority of our project work has been with customers in the energy and utilities industry, operating in Canada and the US.
As part of our commitment to customers, we do not publicly disclose customer or project details without prior permission. Where required by RFPs or other procurement practices, we provide customer referrals as needed.

We first set up shop in July 2005. In our previous jobs in senior roles at large consulting firms, we observed first-hand how business organizations sometimes struggled with initiating or executing key initiatives. In a rush to get things going, inadequate front-end planning, analysis and buy-in often leads to costly errors in execution down the road. We set up our business to provide services that prevent many of these issues.
Over time, we earned the trust and respect of our customers, who challenged us with bigger and newer opportunities. Through that experience, we grew to provide a range of services to both business and technology groups. Over the past 12 years, we have delivered over 100 projects and developed a strong reputation for good delivery.
We continue to learn and find new ways to add value to our customers.

Everyone that works at InQvis has to commit to a common set of operating principles and values. We take them seriously because we believe they shape positive attitudes that will keep our business growing. So, we named our company as an acronym to remind us of these values. We want it to be part of our operating DNA.
